
Cannes Lions 2008 website homepage. The number of navigation items was reduced to declutter the website and improve the user experience

The Cannes Lions website is fast moving with new varied content being added daily. The page layout needed to be dynamic and not constrained by a rigid structure. We developed a flexible 2 column layout hanging from the header bar with a smaller column for promotional buttons and sub navigation. This allowed the page to adapt to whatever content was uploaded.
The layout was designed in-house at Cannes Lions with Nick Brown and built by Thoughtbubble.
